Daily caloric requirement ~ 2500
So, 8 days would need: 20000
I've consumed about 7700 cal
20000 - 7700 = 12300
12300 = number of calories used, but not consumed.
12300/3500 = 3.5 = number of pounds of fat expected loss.
Actual loss = 235.2 - 229 = 6.2
So I'm ahead of schedule. That's always nice :)
Lunch: Soup 260 Cal
Dinner: Veggie soup 300 Cal?
Snack: Chocolate chips and peanut butter 110; Milky way 250 cal
And because that only puts me at 920, I'm adding cake :) 100 cal
