Ok, so the scale says I'm at 226 right now. That's cool. I think I'm due for another drop, but even if I only lose another 5 or so pounds in the next two weeks, I will consider this an unqualified success.

Good for you. My scale says I'm down 7 lbs today. Hoping to be at least to 12 by the time I hit UT and Mom starts to stuff us with crap.
