I've been sticking with the plan, but I'm having a hard time remembering to write down or otherwise record what I've been eating. I've been keeping a running total in my head, but if I can't back it up with actual items, I'm putting down the standard 1000 cal. So Thursday is a 1000 cal day. Yesterday:
