So last night we went to Disney on Ice. There are no healthy food choices there. Seriously. None. Fortunately I wasn't expecting healthy food so we ate at the Gateway food court before the show. I win!

There is a RULE about changing diets that creates a big weight loss right away, and then it settles down to a "stroll's pace." It's more than water weight, in fact, I hope you are drinking lots of water. (It helps wash out the other stuff) It also has to do with the metabolism and the amount of time it takes the body to "adapt" to the new program. Go! Take on the Weigh!

ReplyDeleteSo that's what was going on at the Tox Box on Saturday. I was trying to get to the planetarium with the 6 year old and the train filled up with lots of families and wet umbrellas.
