So I didn't post yesterday like I had planned. For Saturday and Sunday I'm not entirely sure about my calories. I was over on Saturday, but not too bad. I'm estimating about 1500 cal. For Sunday, I stuck with the program and just had about 1000 calories. So:

Weight (Sunday Morning): 226
